I decided to slowly change my eating habits. My goal is to stop drinking soda and omit any items from what I consume that contain gluten. Being Vegetarian I eat a LOT of bread and pasta, so in the beginning I had doubts.
It's been five days since I ate any bread. Didn't even miss it.
Today I made a grilled cheese sandwich using bread made by Udi's.
Truthfully, I couldn't tell the difference.
