Day 164: The First Pick

A mixture of kale, spinach, spring mix, and a green onion.  Fresh out the garden today.  Perhaps I'll treat myself to a veggie skillet this evening.

Guess what else is cool?  We planted the garden 30 days ago today.  I find it cool for the first pick to be one month from start date.  Or maybe I'm just a little obsessed with dates.

Day 139: It's Growing

It'll be a week tomorrow since we put the garden in and look at what we have growing.  All of our seed plants popped up a couple of days ago.  The clovers shown above are the collard greens.
